It’s not something I’ve thought of much honestly. Being based on Devilman I’m probably going to have similar “Mechanics” around his Forms. Most Adaptations of Devilman show him both needing to subdue Amon’s Influence but also seemingly gaining Harmony near the end. Devilman Shotokan is born of a Demonically Influenced Version of the Sigma Virus…or at least was when I directly set him in Megaman X. Hence the Reploid Aesthetic. But I’m not sure if I’ll do that. I’ve come to calling him a “Reploid Darkstalker”. And most of them are born Demons, with Donovan, Jon Talbain, and Hsien Ko/Mei Ling being the only analogues to Devilman’s Blended Nature.

Lotta words just to say “Not Sure”. Cutting the Fluff, it’s like Super Saiyan where before you master it it’s very tied to Anger/Vengeance but once you do it’s like turning on a light.
