It translates to "the die has been cast" which basically means no turning back and the quote is originally attributed to Ceasar
She was originally a human am liked when he gained consciousness. a little after he destroyed the world he made nimdok create a robot body for her and put her brain in it because he thought being a human was the reason for her becoming hysterical after the apocalypse + he was disgusted by her human
This made her personality resemble something closer to am because now they both can't experience physical sensations. She's a lunatic but doesn't torture because she still remembers what it was like to be human
